The most common thing new students tell us is, “I am not flexible enough for yoga.” The good news is that yoga is not about touching your toes. It is about learning to move, breathe and rest with awareness.
Before class
You will receive your Zoom link by email, with a reminder. Find a quiet corner, roll out a mat and wear something comfortable. A cushion or blanket is helpful for the final relaxation.
During class
Our regular sessions follow the shape of a river: they begin with energising movement, widen into steady breathing and settle into deep rest. Your teacher guides every step live, offers options for every level and keeps the pace unhurried.
After class
Most people feel calmer, taller and more relaxed. Drink some water, take a moment before jumping back into your day and notice any changes in your mood and sleep over the next few days.
Our tips
- Move within your comfort. Nothing should hurt.
- Tell your teacher about any injuries or conditions beforehand.
- Try all three free lessons before deciding.
