  • Breathing practices (pranayama)
  • Yoga nidra

Can children meditate?

Absolutely, children can meditate beautifully.

We use games, movement, breathing exercises and yoga postures to keep children engaged. Guided meditation is usually introduced for 3 to 5 minutes during or towards the end of the session, with the duration adjusted according to the children's age and experience. With regular practice, many children become comfortable sitting quietly and enjoying meditation.

Children's class schedule

Classes run twice per week, 60 minutes each.
